Nooooooooooooo shame in that! That would be like a diabetic being ashamed of having to use insulin to stay functional!
Was hooked on pot myself for 15 years. Now the only mood altering substance I take are prescribed.
Life works out much better that way. I would suspect your ex had Bipolar (1% of pop) or depression (20%)..... Real shame and such a waste...

Congratulations on improving your life so well - must have been a tough uphill climb with heaps of sufferring on the way.

I understand that drug abuse and such are definitely symptoms of a bigger problem. I have sought professional help in the past. In patient facilities, out patient, groups..... I have a great support system, my husband and my step mother have been vital!! I won't go into my traumatic childhood right now. But I know it wasn't my fault and I take my days one at a time. I am raising happy healthy children. I have people in my life who love and care about me no matter what. I know where to get help if I need and can even recognize when I need it. I am a work in progress..... and I have my ups and downs....... but I am content in the direction I am going!

We also have a rabbit named Squirrel and 3 fish : Hammerhead, Karate and Hannah Montana
And dust bunnies that live under the beds, couches and in the corners, haven't named them yet!! LOL

I have read all 4 PLUS Midnight Sun over and over and over again. I am a member of TwilightMOMs but they have so many rules. I check out several other sites with character bios and such. I am kind of a fan

haha, I'm a fan, but a critical one. love the story, but I think she took the vampire thing a little far, heh. but I'm sure you've heard that a million times as well.
I dunno about Edward, haha, I doubt I'd get along very well with him. I'd see him more as a brother than anything romantic for sure. Jacob would be cool, but the whole humanxwerewolf thing would be disappointing. However, Jasper... mmm. lol.

I am actually not in love with Edward as everyone else seems to be lol. I fall in love with Edward and Bella falling in love. I agree that it does at times get s a little weird. Also take in to account that this saga is geared toward young adults.
