Safe Houses

What are your thoughts on creating safe houses? By safe houses, I mean lower prestige members or second accounts where extra troops can be garrisoned and resources sent in case of attacks. What do you think?

I think this is a good idea. The safe houses should be spaced well apart so they don't get hit all at once if discovered by the enemy. My personal strategy is to have a city in each state or one in 9 different states. That way it makes it harder to conquer and kill everything. I'm located in Moravia and Carinthia right now.
